The Estée Lauder Companies Names Shane Wolf to Lead Aveda and Bumble and bumble

The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Shane Wolf as president, global brands, Aveda and Bumble and bumble, effective July 1, 2024.

Wolf, who began his career as a hairdresser, will be responsible for oversight of Bumble and bumble and direct responsibility for Aveda.

He previously held roles with L’Oreal's professional products division, working with brands such as Pureology, Redken, Kerastase and Shu Uemura; prior to that, Wolf held roles at Aveda and Wella. At Aveda, he worked with brand founder Horst Rechelbacher.

He also launched Seed Phytonutrients in partnership with L'Oréal.

Wolf will report to Jane Hertzmark Hudis, executive group president, The Estée Lauder Companies, and join the company’s executive leadership team.
