Avon Adds Banking Exec to Board of Directors

Avon Products, Inc. announced its board of directors has elected Charles H. Noski to the board, effective immediately. Noski's election increases Avon's board to 12 directors.

Noski served as vice chairman of Bank of America Corporation from June 2011 to September 2012, following his role as executive vice president and CFO of that company from May 2010 to June 2011. Prior to that, Noski served as corporate vice president and CFO of Northrop Grumman Corporation, as well as a director of that company. He has also held the roles of CFO and vice chairman of the board of AT&T Corporation, and numerous senior leadership and board positions at Hughes Electronics Corporation. Prior to that, he was a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

In addition to his role on Avon's board, Noski is a member of the board of directors of Avery Dennison Corporation and Microsoft Corporation. He has also served previously as a board of directors member for Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and Morgan Stanley.
