Fragrance Foundation Honors Lauder

The Fragrance Foundation announced that Evelyn H. Lauder will be honored with the Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2006 FiFi Awards, to be held on April 3, 2006 in New York City.

The Hall of Fame Award is voted on by The Fragrance Foundation’s Board of Directors, and is presented to an individual who has brought extraordinary ingenuity, dedication and inner resources to bear on the fragrance industry as a whole.

“It is both a professional and personal honor to recognize Evelyn Lauder, who is, and continues to be, a tremendous influence on the development of fragrances within The Estée Lauder Companies, as well as the entire industry,” said Rochelle Bloom, president, The Fragrance Foundation. “Evelyn has received numerous honors acknowledging her philanthropic work, and it is appropriate to also recognize her impressive contributions to the world of fragrance.”
