Nickel Men's Care Brand Acquired by L'Oréal

Pursuant to a letter of offer from September 2013, Interparfums announced the sale agreement for its men's skin care business Nickel by L'Oréal Group. According to Interparfums, the letter was executed by the companies on November 27, 2013, with an effective date for transfer of title set for December 17, 2013.

Nickel was created in 1996 with the thought that "Beauty can be a man’s concern." The brand first created a venue for men to feel comfortable in and treat themselves to massages and actual beauty treatments, such as facial skin treatments, hair removal, manicures and pedicures. Locations can be found in Paris, New York and London. Next, Nickel developed a whole line of beauty and personal care products, such as the Morning-After Rescue Gel.
