Pâtisserie Introduced Fragances

Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro created chocolate-themed perfumes, Inspirations, in conjunction with Givaudan's Calice Becker. The gourmand scents can be used as personal fragrances or as room sprays, and include Lychee Mousse, with notes of white chocolate and rose water; Pistachio Ganache, described as milk chocolate with jasmine undertones; and Bergamot Truffle, a darker chocolate-and-citrus blend.

According to the company, the scents are a continuation of its exploration of chocolate, Payard's signature ingredient, and chocolate's versatility. The collection is available online and through Payard locations.
