According to a recent press release, Pack Expo 2009 (held October 5–7, at the Las Vegas Convention Center) will feature innovations needed to build stronger brands, enhance production efficiencies, meet sustainability requirements and reduce total systems costs. The latest packaging technologies, geared primarily to food brands, from more than 1,000 exhibitors will be on display.
Making its debut at Pack Expo, The Brand Zone is a pavilion that features exhibitor displays of containers and materials necessary to help brands meet consumer demands for convenience, portability, recyclability and portion control, among others.
Visitors to The Brand Zone can view award-winning package designs in The Showcase of Packaging Innovation, sponsored by The Dow Chemical Company. Also, finalists in the annual Pack Expo Selects competition will be housed in The Brand Zone.
