The Estée Lauder Companies Debuts Clinique on Amazon Premium Beauty

Clinique is expanding its distribution into the Amazon Premium Beauty platform with its own storefront; the brand is the first of several within the The Estée Lauder Companies’ portfolio that are expected to expand into the ecommerce giant.

According to NielsenIQ data for 2023, Amazon is a booming beauty destination, up 27.7% in dollar sales year-over-year, particularly in fragrance, hair care, facial skin care and sun care.

In that same period, Clinique sales have declined, per Estee Lauder's latest financials.

The Clinique storefront will feature information on formulations and clinical testing, product comparisons and regimen recommendations, per the brand, as well as its new Clinique Skin Analysis tool, an interactive questionnaire designed to "custom-fit a skincare regimen."

SKUs featured on the platform will include the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+, Moisture Surge 100H Hydrator, Clinique Smart Clinical Repair Line, Even Better Makeup, High Impact Mascara, Almost Lipstick in Black Honey and Clinique Happy.
