Syensqo has acquired South Korean biotech-derived biomimetic ceramides-specialist JinYoung Bio to boost its renewable skin care and hair care specialties.

JinYoung Bio also features biobased functional ingredients for skin care and color cosmetic applications. 

Following the acquisition, Syensqo will launch its first product from the JinYoung Bio ceramides line and four functional ingredients at Suppliers’ Day in New York.
