Croda Exploring the 'Sunification' of Skin Care & More at the FLSCC Sunscreen Symposium

Croda will be discussing science-backed claims and the sunification of skin care during the upcoming FLSCC Sunscreen Symposium (September 13-15, 2023) at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club in Orlando, Florida. 

Croda's sun care technologies include its Solaveil range. The range includes Solaveil MicNo, a new generation of zinc oxide powders and dispersions that create transparent mineral solar protection products. This will be the subject of a poster session from Croda applications manager Abhijit Bidaye.

The company recently developed a Solaveil calculator for brands seeking to determine SPF when formulating with inorganic UV filters.

The company has also developed on-trend sun care formulations, which will be on display at its booth, including the Ready Set Defend Setting Powder SPF 20, Glow the Distance Foundation SPF 20 and Mineral Swipe Stick SPF 30. Other formulations include the Daily Essential Mineral Fluid Sunscreen SPF 40, the Invisible Physical Defense SPF 30 and Mineral Sun Swipe Stick SPF 50.
