James Alexander Corp. has expanded its Blairstown, New Jersey facility with a new 18,000 square-foot build-out that features a 40% increase in overall floor space, with additional room for warehousing, administrative offices and manufacturing. The facility now encompasses 48,000 square feet.

The expansion addresses growing market needs for the company’s range of single use dispensing systems, including crushable glass ampoules and unique plastic ampoules with a selection of applicators.

James Alexander Corp. will also be building an integrated line of automated filling/assembly machines to increase capacity and allow for future growth. Other areas are dedicated to two new company-designed automated swabbing machines, which bring a significant uptick in overall production capacity for glass ampoule packages.

Francesca Fazzolari, the founder of James Alexander Corp. , said, "This expansion to a 48,000 square-foot facility allows us to meet not only today’s needs, but tomorrow’s as well. In addition to making room for substantially increased manufacturing capacity and storage space, we’re now able to enhance production efficiency, improve facility workflow and allow for further capital investments in advanced technologies.”
