Brenntag Acquires Parkoteks Kimya San

Brenntag (Germany), which recently cooperated on hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid with Evonik, has acquired Turkish specialty chemical company, Parkoteks Kimya San for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is expected to close within the next several weeks.

Parkoteks Kimya San specializes in creating chemicals for the personal care industry and has generated sales of €14.3m annually.
