Revlon has announced that Ralph Marshall has been appointed to the role of chief information and digital officer. He will join Revlon effective April 1, 2025, and will report directly to chief executive officer Michelle Peluso.

Paul Smith, Revlon’s current chief information officer, will step down from his role in April of 2025. Marshall, who has been appointed as his successor, brings extensive experience in technology leadership, previously serving as Global CTO at Merlin Entertainments and held senior technology roles at Starbucks, Nando’s, and McDonald’s. Marshall specializes in aligning technological initiatives with business objectives, with expertise spanning a wide array of technology platforms, including emerging technologies.

Peluso says, “We are thrilled to welcome Ralph to the Revlon team. Ralph brings a robust global perspective from his many leadership roles at well-known, global brands, in addition to a passion for coaching and mentoring teams. His end-to-end technical expertise and deep understanding of how to leverage technology to strengthen the consumer experience will be critical as we work to unlock the long-term growth potential of our brands.”

Peluso adds, “On behalf of the executive leadership team, I also want to thank Paul for his many contributions to Revlon. I am deeply appreciative of the progress we have made in the digital space under Paul’s leadership and wish him all the best in the future.”
