On September 1, 2026, Seppic announced the appointment of Virginie Cavalli as its chief executive officer.
Cavalli first joined the Air Liquide Group in 1992 and has served in several functional and leadership positions across the company’s business units and geographies. She most recently served as the chief executive officer for Air Liquide in Japan and has served as deputy group vice president of human resources for the group since 2023. Further, Cavalli holds a degree from the EMLyon school in business and financial strategy.
“Virginie brings to Seppic her solid expertise in business development and operational and financial management, as well as international strategic vision, which will support the company’s ambitions for the coming years,” the company stated in its press release.
