
Safic-Alcan has appointed Victor Zubb as vice president of the Americas, a newly created position reporting directly to CEO Yann Lissillour. This move highlights the growing significance of the Americas within the group’s global strategy and marks a pivotal step in its organizational evolution.
Accelerated Regional Growth
In recent years, Safic-Alcan has expanded its presence across the region, including acquisitions in Brazil, Latin America and North America. These milestones reportedly position the group for accelerated growth and deeper regional integration.

Strategic Alignment, Stronger Collaborations
Zubb will oversee all regional operations, ensuring strategic alignment, integration of recent acquisitions and stronger collaboration with suppliers and customers across the Americas.
With a bachelor of science in chemistry from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Rutgers University, Zubb's career includes leadership roles at Hallstar, Soliance, Givaudan and most recently, Seqens. His expertise in specialty ingredients and distribution will be instrumental in driving Safic-Alcan’s next phase of growth, per the company.
