Cosmetica Laboratories Inc., a contract manufacturer in the beauty and personal care industry, has announced three senior leadership appointments: Maryann Guarino as vice president of sales and marketing (New York), Laura De Filippis as chief people officer and Siemon Ng as senior director of quality.

These appointments reinforce Cosmetica’s commitment to growth, innovation and operational excellence while enhancing its focus on people, clients and product integrity.

  • Maryann Guarino brings over 20 years of experience in global beauty manufacturing, where she led U.S. market expansion and sales growth. She will oversee Cosmetica’s sales and marketing organization, advancing customer engagement and strategic partnerships across North America.
  • Laura De Filippis, a seasoned HR executive, will lead talent strategy, employee engagement and cultural transformation to foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace.
  • Siemon Ng joins with 15 years of biotech and pharmaceutical experience and will strengthen Cosmetica’s global quality systems, ensuring compliance modernization and excellence.
