Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA) Fall Symposium

This year’s Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association Fall Symposium comes on the eve of the organization’s 100th anniversary (2009) and marks the 50th anniversary of the 1958 Food Additives Amendment to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act “which established the GRAS concept and led to the creation of the FEMA GRAS."
