Is Coty eyeing a breakup? A new report says yes.

As first reported by WWD, Coty is reportedly exploring the split of its consumer products and luxury divisions.
While the company said it expected a "healthier business improvement" in fiscal 2026, Coty's Q3 fiscal 2025 report revised its full-year guidance. Coty now forecasts a high-single-digit like-for-like sales decline in Q4 and a 2% drop in full-year sales.
The sell-off would include its consumer division and luxury segment, per the report, with Interparfums a potential suiter for the latter.
