2017 saw the return of Australia’s premier professional beauty event to Darling Harbour at the new International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. Beauty Expo Australia, took place on Saturday 26 to Sunday 27 August, saw a 40% increase in floor space from the 2016 event, meaning more exhibitors with more products for the beauty industry to see, sample, and shop.

This year, Beauty Expo highlighted the brands that are proudly Australian-owned, as well as products that are Australian-made. The Beauty Expo Australia also highlighted the products and brands that are proudly natural or organic, in keeping with a growing consumer preference for products and treatments that are not only free of unnecessary chemicals and additives but are ethically responsible, environmentally friendly and cruelty-free.

Below is a list of the brands that were showcased at Beauty Expo Australian and products that are Proudly Australian.

1. Ultraceuticals
