Aptar Beauty has partnered with Clarins to launch the ninth generation of the brand's Double Serum. This new edition features eco-designed packaging that integrates advanced engineering and sustainable materials.
The packaging includes a patented double-chamber system, enabling the hydric and lipidic serums to be dispensed together in customizable doses. Made with 94% recyclable materials and 24% recycled content, the design prioritizes sustainability. Key components, including the bottles and actuator, use recycled PET, replacing traditional materials like ABS.
Developed over three years, the project involved multiple sites, custom molds, machinery and silk-screening techniques to ensure quality on recycled materials. The serum packaging is available in 30 ml, 50 ml, 75 ml and 100 ml sizes.
