Spectra Colors, a New Jersey-based supplier of dyes, colorants and related services, tracks the trending colors at any given moment. Most recently, it has identified three trending tones:
- D&C Red 28 in pharmaceutical products
- D&C Red 33 in hair care
- FD&C Blue 1 in hair care, gummy supplements, pharma and food
