Ulta Beauty is preparing to reopen stores "as soon as it safe to do so," likely on a state-by-state basis as economies reopen. "We are working diligently towards the time when we can welcome all our guests and associates back to Ulta Beauty with new safety processes in place," an announcement noted.

In the meantime, Ulta has launched curbside pick up at 350 stores via its buy online, pick up in store service. This is in addition to sales conducted via the retailer's site and app.
Ulta Beauty will expand the service to additional stores. A press release noted, "To do this right, we have and will continue to implement robust health and safety protocols with our local store associates to ensure all orders are handled following CDC guidelines, limiting contact between our guests and teams."
