The PCR line for North America will be manufactured in local manufacturing facilities "to allow close control over the source and FDA-approved materials," per a company announcement.

“As a signatory of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s New Plastic Economy Global Commitment, this launch is an important step to reach our commitment to maximize the quantity of recycled plastic used by Aptar," says Christophe Marie, director, product sustainability, Aptar Group

“Our team is continually working on ways to achieve our sustainability goals and how to reduce the impact our products have on the local and global environment," says Philippe Erhart, president, Beauty + Home, North America. "We proudly commit to paving the path in the dispensing and packaging industry and look forward to partnering with brands who share a similar mindset.”
