Colonial Chemical ME Arabia (CCME) has announced the appointment of Peter Chetcuti, Ph.D., as president of CCME. Chetcuti will report to the board directly and be responsible for all operations, manufacturing, commercial revenue and P&L.

Prior to joining CCME, from 2009–2022, Chetcuti served as president of StarChem LLC, a specialty chemical manufacturer for the textile, oil and gas, HI&I and personal care and chemical intermediates markets. He received a BS in chemistry from the University of Bristol, England and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.
