Kenvue Inc. has appointed Andrew Stanleick as president, skin health and beauty, for North America and Europe, Middle East and Africa, leading the strategic direction of the company’s portfolio of brands, including Neutrogena, Aveeno and OGX, in the regions.

Before joining Kenvue, Stanleick served as the president and CEO of BeautyHealth Company, where he led the turnaround of the company, including its flagship brand, HydraFacial. He oversaw significant revenue growth, expanded the company's global footprint and forged strategic partnerships.

Prior to that, Stanleick held the position of executive vice president at Coty Americas, leading the growth and transformation of the luxury and consumer beauty brands, including CoverGirl. He also played key roles at Unilever and L'Oréal, holding leadership positions in marketing, sales and general management.

Stainleick received his masters of philosophy from the University of Cambridge in 1996 and has been co-chair for two non-profit organizations, including the international blood cancer awareness group DKMS and Look Good Feel Better.
