Grant Industries, a global supplier of specialty cosmetic ingredients, has appointed Ale Mezzanotte as regional director for Southern Europe, where he will oversee operations and growth across Italy and Spain.
In his new role, Mezzanotte will lead commercial strategy and business development across two of Europe’s most influential personal care markets, reinforcing the company’s regional footprint and deepening collaboration with formulators and beauty brands.
He brings extensive experience in international sales and business development within the personal care and specialty chemicals sectors, with a track record in building long-term customer partnerships and supporting innovation-led growth. His appointment reflects Grant Industries’ continued focus on strengthening local expertise to support its global strategy.
Based in Italy, Mezzanotte will work closely with the company’s global commercial, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored ingredient solutions spanning color cosmetics, skin care and hybrid formulations.
