Molly Brooks is the director of product marketing and development for Sephora Collection, North America. In her role at the LVMH owned prestige cosmetic, skincare and accessories brand she oversees the curation, creation and development of the US color cosmetics division.
Since joining Sephora in 2013, Brooks has streamlined key strategic franchises and built new pillars now offered in all global markets, grown shade offerings in all categories for a more diverse client base, and identifies and translates trends into brand specific launches.
With over 15 years of product development experience, specializing in fast track trend and innovation to market, with a deep knowledge of building comprehensive 6 month - 3 year product launch plans, Brooks is a specialist in the intricacies of a robust product development pipeline.
Prior to joining Sephora, Brooks held product development roles at Smashbox Cosmetics and Benefit Cosmetics. She resides in the Bay Area with her husband and daughter.
