Acme-Hardesty has been named among the Top Workplaces of 2019 by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The list was compiled solely on employee feedback gathered via survey by Energage LLC, a third-party research partner and purveyor of technology-based employee engagement tools. Measures of workplace culture included alignment, execution and connection, among others.
“We are thrilled to be named a Top Workplace for the second year in a row,” said Acme-Hardesty president Jeff Kenton. “I continue to be impressed by our team and what they have accomplished, and I am thankful to each of them for striving to make our workplace the best it can be.”
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” added Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
