As part of the investment, Estée Lauder will integrate select candle and home fragrance capabilities from long-time supplier Contract Candles, assuming the lease of one of the company’s U.K. facilities and gradually onboarding about 50 employees. The expansion also adds new research and development and quality capabilities to Estée Lauder’s U.K. operations.

The move gives Estée Lauder greater operational control over a fast-growing home fragrance category while improving supply chain resilience. Following the integration, the U.K. will become the primary manufacturing base for candles sold under brands including Jo Malone London, Tom Ford and Aerin worldwide.

The investment underscores Estée Lauder’s continued focus on expanding its prestige fragrance business and strengthening its manufacturing ecosystem as consumer demand for premium home scent products continues to rise. The investment underscores Estée Lauder’s continued focus on expanding its prestige fragrance business and strengthening its manufacturing ecosystem as consumer demand for premium home scent products continues to rise.Estee Lauder
