4 Packaging Solutions From Texen You Should Be Aware Of

Texen Beauty Partners has debuted four new beauty packaging solutions. 

Candy Puff Powder Blusher

Developed as a full-service proposition for Douglas-Nocibé, the pack holds a compact pink powder and a cushion applicator meant to leave a veil of color on the cheeks. Texen explained it created a standard pack injected in matte black plastic. The blusher's cap can be opened via a ribbon insert in the same shade as the powder itself. The pack features a removable base, which houses a hidden sponge applicator. Text is screen-printed onto the sides of the pack and is identical for each of the three references.

Panoram'Eyes Mascara

Inspired by makeup artists, the mascara packaging features a twisted 360-degree brush, which has a folding wand and bends mechanically up to 90 degrees, meant to offer the best application angle. The mascara packaging was created to provide lashes with volume, length and curl. 

Featuring a patented brush and silicone wiper, the pack available in 12 ml, 5 ml and 2 ml versions. Customers can select an aluminum-clad version or plastic alone. According to Texen, the brush can be injected from Hytrel or TPE.

Flash Nude by Filorga 

Filorga selected Texen to create a "minimal, premium compact" for the high-performance powder in its Flash Nude makeup line. 

The companies worked together to create simple, elegant compact in deep black, meant to contrast the white powder. The pack features a "squircle" shape and is made from injected ABS. Containing a bespoke insert that houses a 59 mm well containing 6.2 g of product, the compact features the brand's logo that was applied using silver hot stamping.

Ultra HD Concealer Make Up For Ever

For the international launch of its Ultra HD Concealer in 22 shades, Make Up For Ever worked with Texen to create "an elongated, elegant and practical solution."

Texen created a pack comprising:

• A 5 ml PETG injected vial;
• An ABS cap housing a flocked spatula with a cat’s tongue shape; and
• Text applied via black screen printing while the band features silver hot stamping, both with a layer of protective varnish.

As part of this collaboration, Texen Beauty Partners personalized a standard pack with the brand’s codes.
