Givaudan Active Beauty received the Gold Award for “Best Innovation Ingredient” at in-cosmetics Latin America 2018, for its anti-aging active ingredient PrimalHyal Ultrafiller.

Though most aesthetic dermal fillers are based on hyaluronic acid, PrimalHyal Ultrafiller was developed with a sustainable hyaluronic acid derivative, 100% acetylated. In vitro, ex vivo and four clinical studies versus placebo showed that PrimalHyal Ultrafiller delivered wrinkle-filling benefits in 1 to 6 hours, along with long term skin improvements. It also prevented collagen degradation and boosted the skin’s own defenses against ROS.
