The Good Glamm Group, formerly MyGlamm, has acquired The Moms Co, representing the first big consolidation move in the Indian beauty and personal care industry, according to The Economic Times.

The article claims the transaction values The Moms Co at Rs 500 crore (~$67 million), but the companies declined to comment on the financial terms of the deal.

This is the third buyout for The Good Glamm Group after acquiring Baby Chakra in early 2021 and PoPXo in 2020.
