BolognaFiere Cosmoprof Acquires Health & Beauty

BolognaFiere Cosmoprof, BolognaFiere Group subsidiary and organizer for the international Cosmoprof  network of events, has announced its acquisition of German group Health & Beauty.

Based in Ettlingen, Germany, Health & Beauty is an international media company with a portfolio of 30 beauty industry trade magazines. It also organizes Beauty Forum, a trade show held in cities including Munich, Zurich, Paris, Warsaw and Budapest. Additionally, the group has specific agreements for the organization of events in Greece, Slovakia, and Slovenia, and promotes “match-making” meetings in Dubai, Nice and Toulouse.

With the acquisition, the Cosmoprof network expands its scope of influence in key beauty industry markets in Central Europe.
