Luxe Pack New York returns May 6–7, 2026 at the Javits Center with its most ambitious and internationally diverse edition to date, bringing together more than 218 exhibitors from over 22 countries across 35-plus premium packaging categories (check link for full list as of press time). Reinforcing its position as the leading U.S. sourcing platform for luxury packaging, the show features a strong domestic base of 82 U.S. exhibitors, offering brands faster lead times, greater flexibility, and more agile supply chain solutions alongside a robust global presence led by France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
Glassmaking stands out as a key growth category this year, underscoring its strategic role in fragrance, skin care and spirits packaging, where design, performance, and technical precision converge. Across the full value chain—from raw materials and primary packaging to decoration, finishing, co-packing, and sampling—the event continues to position itself as a one-stop ecosystem for premium packaging innovation.
Under the 2026 theme “Sourcing Premium Packaging That Performs,” the show pushes beyond aesthetics to reposition packaging as a functional, measurable system where materiality, storytelling, sustainability, and innovation intersect. This concept comes to life through the debut “Per(fume)-form” installation series, a fragrance-focused program exploring how scent and packaging co-create meaning and emotional impact.
Key activations include “From Brief to Bottle,” led by the American Society of Perfumers, which guides attendees through the full fragrance creation journey from concept and raw materials to formulation and bottling, alongside “Trendspotting 2026: Fragrance Insights You Can’t Miss,” examining evolving consumer behaviors. Complementing this, Material ConneXion’s “From Scent to Substance” translates olfactory inspiration into physical packaging expression through innovative materials, textures, and formats, highlighting cross-industry applications from solid perfumes to automotive and home scenting.
The education program further reinforces the shift toward performance-driven packaging, with perspectives from Cradle to Cradle leadership, Henry Rose’s sustainability director, and perfumery experts exploring circular design, conscious fragrance, and the emotional science of consumer connection. Across sessions, a clear mandate emerges: packaging must work harder, think smarter, and deliver value at every touchpoint.
Flagship features return as well, including the Dieline Awards on May 6 recognizing the year’s most innovative packaging designs, and the Luxe Pack in Green Awards on May 7, hosted by Claire Domergue in partnership with Infinity Global, highlighting leading advances in sustainable packaging. The reimagined Spirit Forward experience will also showcase premium wine and spirits packaging trends, including the rise of no- and low-alcohol categories and sustainability-led storytelling.
With its 2026 edition, Luxe Pack New York continues to define the benchmark for creative and strategic packaging innovation—where performance meets possibility across the global luxury landscape.
