Aptar Beauty adapted their EuroMist Technical to suit Moroccanoil’s unique requirements: a cloud-like spray, complemented by the mini packaging stilo for the deluxe sampling.

Moroccanoil already uses the industry-leading EuroMist Classic spray pump from Aptar Beauty for several hair care products, including conditioners and hair mists. For its new hair treatment launch, the brand wanted something similar that could meet the unique challenges of its Treatment Mist.

Aptar Beauty provided technical expertise through in-house services, guiding the brand towards the Euromist Technical, a pump especially engineered to dispense oil-based formulas. This allowed Moroccanoil to maintain consistency in packaging on the shelf while using a different insert to achieve the desired spray experience.
Highly compatible with oil-based formulas, EuroMist Technical is also constructed for chemical resistance, avoiding common issues like swelling and leakage. It dispenses oil-based products in a fine spray, with a precise dose of 150 mcl per stroke. It is manufactured in Cary, Illinois.

On the cosmetic side, the EuroMist pump offers customizable components like inserts, finishes, dosage options and caps. For Moroccanoil’s Treatment Mist, Aptar Beauty created an exclusive champagne color pump in a smooth matte finish that not only dispenses the product in an ultra-fine mist but also aligns with the aesthetics of the brand. For a consistent user experience, the same pump is used for the 100 ml (3.4 fl.oz.) full-size and 25 ml (0.85 fl.oz.) travel-size formats. For the deluxe discovery samples of the Treatment Mist, the brand chose Aptar Beauty’s mini packaging solution stilo, with an elegant 5 ml (0.17 fl.oz.) amber glass bottle featuring the Replica fragrance pump and overcap in glossy black.
