Berlin Packaging has acquired Milan-based cosmetic packaging and turnkey services firm Premi Industries, which features more than 150 U.S., European and Asian employees.
Berlin Packaging has reportedly now made 19 acquisitions since 2016. For instance, in March 2021, Berlin Packaging acquired Roma International.
