LPK, an independent brand design agency, has announced the addition of Elle Morris as vice president and general manager of LPK Beauty, a new position for the company. According to a press release, her leadership and significant contributions on global branding initiatives for Herbal Essences, Gillette, Olay, Pantene and Head & Shoulders highlighted her expertise within the beauty industry, making her the ideal candidate for broadening LPK’s portfolio of beauty brands. Morris has previously represented LPK on an international level—working with partners in North American, Latin America, Asia and Europe—to develop an understanding of beauty’s transformative power across diverse cultures.
In the new role, Morris will be responsible for overseeing the general business development of LPK Beauty while continuing to provide strategic oversight as its chief customer officer on hair care, feminine care and beauty brands—helping to build, expand and revitalize brands around the globe.

Morris came to LPK with nearly two decades of experience in marketing communications and brand design. She has managed major initiatives for some of the world’s best-known brands including Godiva, CBS Television, MasterCard International and Avis Rental Cars. She also serves as a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the professional growth and leadership of women in the cosmetic industry.
