IEVA has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of the beauty specialist, L’Atelier du Sourcil, from its shareholders. L’Atelier du Sourcil, which serves the eye care cosmetics and services market, has more than 109 specialty stores, fully owned and franchised.

This acquisition project, subject to the approval of the board of directors of IEVA and the lifting of other closing conditions, could take place towards the end of July 2020.

“I can already see what technology can do for the eyebrow and eye care cosmetics profession,” Jean Michel Karam, president and founder of IEVA, said. “What better partner for such an alliance than the number one in this segment. I would therefore naturally be thrilled to welcome this respected brand and its exceptional teams to the IEVA Group.”“I can already see what technology can do for the eyebrow and eye care cosmetics profession,” Jean Michel Karam, president and founder of IEVA, said. “What better partner for such an alliance than the number one in this segment.
