Mira Beauty, a marketplace and library for skin care and beauty, as well as Gabrielle Union, actress and founder of Flawless by Gabrielle Union, are creating ways to support Black-owned businesses.

Mira Beauty has created its own category on their website to support and highlight Black-owned business. The “Black founder” category will house more than 400 brands that are Black-founded. Currently, there are more than 12,000 products available under the category. 

Gabrielle Union has announced that she will joined forces with Larry Sims, celebrity hair stylist, to debut the “Lift As We Climb” initiative. This initiative also highlights Black-owned brands but through social media and on Union’s celebrity Amazon page.
