Estée Lauder ‘Strengthens Business Strategy’ with 2 Leadership Updates

The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has announced two leadership updates, which “mark the next chapter ELC’s ability to accelerate its strategy, drive value creation, anticipate and adapt quickly to change and manage for long-term leadership.”

Andrew Ross has been named executive vice president. The responsibilities of his new role will include leading strategy, new business development and integration. Ross will report jointly to ELC’s president and CEO, Fabrizio Freda, and ELC’s executive vice president and CFO, Tracy T. Travis. Ross will reportedly remain a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Daniel Mahler has been named senior vice president, global transformation and category leadership. He will also report jointly to Freda and Travis. Mahler will partner with Ross to “align transformational priorities to ELC’s corporate strategy and help shape its leadership with new business models, e-commerce and consumer engagement.”
