Coty Inc. has announced an extension of the tender offer made by Cottage Holdco B.V. (Cottage), an affiliate of JAB Holding Company.
Coty was informed by Cottage that the expiration date has been extended from March 29, 2019 at 5:00 pm, EST, to April 15, 2019, subject to further extension or earlier termination.
As of April 1, 2019, Cottage informed Coty that required regulatory approvals, clearances or applicable waiting periods have been received or expired in Brazil, Canada, China, the European Union, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, the U.K. and the U.S. Regulatory clearance in Russia remains outstanding.

Update: Coty Inc. has announced that all required regulatory approvals have been received. Cottage notified Coty that, as of April 26, 2019, all required regulatory approvals, clearances or applicable waiting periods have been received or expired in all relevant jurisdictions.
