The parent company of Hair Cuttery has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Creative Hairdressers Inc., which also operates Bubbles and Salon Cielo, has agreed to sell its assets as part of a plan to reduce its debt obligations, according to an article on bizjournals.com.
The article also stated that HC Salon Holdings Inc. plans to buy all Creative Hairdressers assets, which will include a majority of its salon locations.
According to the article, Ratner Cos., the affiliate of Creative Hairdressers, stated that it “hopes to wrap up the asset sale in the next 45 days.”
