Amid the coronavirus outbreak, Mynd Spa has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and laid off its entire staff at all 26 of its locations.

Mynd Spa and Salon, Inc. has filed for bankruptcy relief under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, which means a trustee will be appointed to handle the business’ affairs.

The spa, which was formerly known as the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa, shut down as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and has laid off all employees at its 26 locations, according to Twitter user @WhatsUpTuscon.
