Oars + Alps is a Chicago-based grooming line specializing men's products for "macho men."

According to an article from techcrunch.com, the company has raised $1.3 million thanks to "Chicago’s own investment firms Breakout Capital and the Levy family’s personal investment vehicle."

The article explains that Oars + Alps was founded in October of 2016 when it launched its first three products: a deodorant stick, an eye cream and a facial soap.
