There are many different forms. And management teams put in lots of effort to help create unique products within a supportive sales environment to help distributors grow their businesses. In recent years, critics have wondered about the future of network marketing due to the rapid change in technology and the uniqueness of the youngest generation of millennials. The future’s still looking bright but different. Fewer door to door sales from ladies with catalogs and more and more social media, live streaming and digital videos can help create a solid network marketing business. Speaker: Joni Rogers-Kante, Founder, CEO & Chairwoman SeneGence® Speaker Bio: Joni Rogers-Kante is the visionary and driving force behind SeneGence. Her dreams came true: when she started developing a company that offered an unequalled opportunity for beauty distributors to build a business by selling unique products that truly work through a global network opportunity. Her plan has created phenomenal success. Joni’s career began at 16 years of age, working in retail for the Sav-On Corporation. By the age of 23, she was assistant manager of the top store in the Sav-On chain. Having learned the ropes from high level management, as well as buyers and operations experts, she discovered that this form of the corporate retailing structure was not for her. Armed with a vision and her business education, she set out to pursue her dream of becoming a cosmetic entrepreneur. Introduced to a direct selling in the cosmetic industry early in her career, she recognized the incredible opportunity the industry offered to women to build their own businesses. Her 13-year direct selling career with another Multi-Level company produced many rewards: jewelry, cars, awards, trips and recognition, yet the burning desire to create something fresh and new challenged her to form a plan for starting her own company. That company is what we now all know as SeneGence. Established in 1999, Joni’s role as Founder allowed her to oversee the selection and development of new products, marketing materials, compensation programs and training for all SeneGence products, thus realizing her original vision of a truly different cosmetic network marketing company. Joni has since founded a non-profit whose aim is giving back, and it assists women and children in crisis through the regular fundraising efforts of SeneGence distributors through the Make Sense Foundation. Distributors donate portions of their ongoing sales from select products to support this fundraising effort.
