Grant Industries and Bio Component Research (BCR) announced the launch of Bakuchiol NAD+ BCR, a next-generation longevity active. The company will be showcasing this ingredient at in-cosmetics Global 2026 in Paris, France.

According to the company’s press release, Bakuchiol NAD+ BCR is a patent-pending ester of bakuchiol and niacin engineered to address both visible signs of aging and the underlying decline in cellular repair mechanisms. On a cellular level, the ingredient is designed to support NAD+ biosynthesis, a co-factor that declines with age and environmental stress. The ingredient is delivered via Vitamin F glyceryl esters, which are rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

“At BCR, we are focused on advancing skin longevity through intelligent molecular design,” said Sonal Patel-Trivedi, president of business development. “Bakuchiol NAD+ BCR was developed to support NAD+ pathways while maintaining the familiar efficacy and consumer trust associated with bakuchiol. It delivers meaningful biological activity across multiple aging pathways, offering formulators a truly next-generation solution.”

Internal testing by BCR showed significant improvements in the NAD/NADH ratio alongside reinforcement of DNA repair pathways. These longevity benefits are complemented by strong performance in familiar anti‑aging markers, including collagen and elastin support, hydration, barrier repair and antioxidant protection.

“Bakuchiol NAD+ BCR reflects how we see the future of beauty innovation,” said marketing director Naomi Bedford. “It connects proven actives with the longevity story consumers are actively seeking today.”
