Garnier is launching its Micellar Cleansing Water ($10.49) in a limited-edition 100% upcycled bottle, available exclusively at Ulta Beauty (in-store and online), beginning April 16, 2023.
The bottle comprises PET plastic and polyester fiber waste collected, purified and converted into "virgin-quality" PET resin by Loop Industries. The bottle can reportedly be recycled like any standard PET.

Notably, however, the cap does not comprise the upcycled PET material.
