Ulta Beauty Appoints Former Sephora CEO and Amazon Executive to Board of Directors

Ulta Beauty, Inc. has named former Sephora CEO Martin Brok and former Amazon executive Stephenie Landry to its board of directors and as members of its audit and Ccompensation committees, effective September 1, 2025. The announcement comes one week ahead of Ulta's release of its Q2 results.

Brok brings more than 35 years of global leadership in consumer brands and retail innovation. He has served in top roles such as global president and CEO of Sephora, president of Starbucks–Europe, Middle East and Africa, and global COO of DTC at Nike. He has also held senior positions at Burger King and The Coca-Cola Company, with extensive international experience. Currently, he advises and invests in brands through mb Capital Advisors and Advent International and serves on multiple boards, including Revlon, Oatly and END. Clothing.

Landry has more than 20 years of experience in consumer technology, retail operations and strategic transformation. She previously served as COO at Honor Technology, scaling operations and optimizing processes. At Amazon, she held key roles including VP of worldwide grocery, Amazon Fresh & Whole Foods Online, and Prime Now, where she unified digital grocery strategies. She also led Amazon’s net-zero carbon plan as VP of sustainability.
