
Coty Inc. is accelerating its digital transformation, announcing a strategic collaboration with OpenAI to expand the use of advanced artificial intelligence tools across select areas of its global business.
As part of the first phase, targeted Coty teams will gain access to ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI’s most capable AI models delivered with enterprise-grade security, privacy, and governance. The rollout is designed to support daily workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and faster, higher-value decision-making—with the flexibility to scale as Coty’s needs evolve.
This partnership reflects Coty's strategy for AI integration, which includes oversight protocols and quality control measures intended to support human expertise. The company is using AI as a tool to increase efficiency in creativity and strategic execution across its various beauty brands.

The OpenAI collaboration builds on Coty’s rapidly expanding internal AI momentum, including a global upskilling program aimed at embedding AI fluency across functions. Through live training, hands-on workshops, and active leadership engagement, Coty is equipping employees with the confidence and foundational skills to use AI responsibly in their day-to-day work.
