The Fragrance Foundation has announced Tom Ford will be honored with its Hall of Fame Award at the 2019 Fragrance Foundation Awards on June 5, 2019, in New York City.

After serving as the creative director for Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, Ford started his luxury brand in 2005. Shortly after the creation of the brand, he created Tom Ford Beauty and launched its Black Orchid scent in 2006, which went on to receive separate Fragrance Foundation Awards. In addition to his work in fashion, Ford also wrote, produced and directed the Academy Award nominated films A Single Man and Nocturnal Animals. Previous Hall of Fame recipients include Donna Karan, Marc Jacobs, Carolina Herrera, Estée Lauder and others.
