Allure has announced the winners of the Allure Readers' Choice Awards that feature the top skin, hair, makeup, bath and body, and nail products according to its readers.

In addition to the Allure Readers' Choice Awards, L'Oréal was given the 2020 Allure Best of Beauty Breakthrough Award and Madison Reed received the Allure 2020 Best of Beauty Award. 

L'Oréal was recognized for its Matrix Total Results Dark Envy Shampoo and Red Neutralization Mask, and Madison Reed was recognized for its line of Color Reviving Gloss.

Matrix Total Results Dark Envy Shampoo is reportedly the first shampoo and conditioner with a rich green pigment, scientifically designed to neutralize red undertones in dark brown and black hair. The Red Neutralization Mask, on the other hand, provides instant neutralization of red undertones in under five minutes. 

The Color Reviving Gloss by Madison Reed is a sheer, semi-permanent color refresher applied to mid-lengths and ends of hair during root touch-ups or between colorings. The product is said to gently tone, enhance shine, add dimension and boost color without over-darkening or causing color build up.

The Allure 2020 Best of Beauty Award is yet another milestone for Madison Reed after receiving the 2018 Best of Beauty Breakthrough Award for its Light Works Balayage Highlight Kit.
